Shelly Rose Jennings 

Shelley Jennings represents integrity, energy, hard work, and sensitivity in every detail of your real estate transaction.  Living in The Netherlands at the early age of 5, Shelley practiced her sales techniques on her family by pretending to be a shoe store lady. At the age of 8 she actually began her sales career to the public in Linwood, New Jersey, when shewent door- to-door selling pot holders made by her brother. After graduating from George Mason University with a B.A. In German, Shelley's career included sales and marketing in industries including banking, computers, retail, assisted living and now real estate. In 2014 Shelley and her husband moved to Venice, FL,  from Northern Virginia, where Shelley spent most of her life.  Having downsized and transitioned to paradise living, Shelley is an excellent source of information for people making “that move” from another area.  Since joining West Villages Realty LLC late last year, Shelley will have completed over $3 million dollars in sales by the end of 2017.  Shelley truly enjoys getting to know her buyers and listens so she can locate just the right community and home for them. Searching is part of the fun, and it so gratifying when her buyers find that special house.In Shelley's off-time, she and her husband love to dine out, enjoy friends, watch TV, visit their children up north, and travel. When there is enough time, Shelley likes to lose herself in a good book at the beach!
